Solfeggio frequencies

Solfeggio frequencies are a historical musical concept that originated in Gregorian chants in the Middle Ages. These high frequencies were part of the traditional chants of the Catholic Church. These frequencies helped church singers to better remember and sing sacred texts, and they also had a spiritual and emotional effect on listeners.

These frequencies were:

UT – 396 Hz
RE – 417 Hz
MI – 528 Hz
FA – 639 Hz
SOL – 741 Hz
LA – 852 Hz
However, over time, these frequencies were forgotten, especially due to changes in music theory and practical music. However, in the 1970s, Italian scientist Dr. Joseph Puleo discovered references to these frequencies and their healing effects in an ancient scripture, Biblical numerology. He added three new frequencies to the original ones through a mathematical calculation approach:

174 Hz
285 Hz
963 Hz
These frequencies have been discovered or created with values related to health and spiritual well-being. Today, these frequencies are widely used in meditation, sound therapy, and music to help people achieve balance and health, both mentally and physically.

Solfeggio frequencies are also associated with the chakras, which are energy centers in the body. Each chakra has its own frequency that corresponds to one or more Solfeggio frequencies:
396 Hz: Associated with the root chakra, helps release feelings of guilt and fear.
417 Hz: Associated with the sacral chakra, enables change and releases negativity.
528 Hz: Associated with the heart chakra, stimulates DNA repair and healing.
639 Hz: Associated with the throat chakra, helps create harmonious relationships and communication.
741 Hz: Associated with the third chakra, or solar plexus, stimulates awareness and mental clarity.
852 Hz: Associated with the third eye chakra, supports intuitive understanding and energetic connection.
In addition, there are other frequencies that help balance other chakras:

174 Hz: Helps reduce pain and stress, also associated with the root chakra.
285 Hz: Improves energy and healing, associated with the root and heart chakras.
963 Hz: Associated with the crown chakra, supports chronic understanding and higher consciousness.

This whole exciting world of musical frequencies inspired me to create a course on attuned creativity, where we deal with these topics one by one, focusing on the corresponding chakra and the issues that arise within us in relation to it. Of course, the whole creative session is accompanied by music of the corresponding frequency.

All (artistic) creation is always charged with a certain frequency, a certain vibration.
Lower vibrations in creation also convey a similar low frequency to listeners, viewers, and experiencers. Similarly, high-frequency creative works have an uplifting effect on those who experience them. I am inspired by the work of singer and composer Birgid Täht, who consciously creates songs with high vibrations through love, creating love. This is why I have made a conscious choice to keep the creative frequency course space filled with high-frequency sounds.
