I have developed this method over the years. I have done art and craft and meditating as a part of my life for years. One day it resulted as a clear knowing that I want to share this method with other people to help them thrive in their lives. In addition, I choose for each of the creative process and the preceding guided meditation to tune to the specific frequency to support you in the process. I use Solfeggio frequencies and also binaural beats for selected topics to support the set goals. With that fine tuning the body will have the desired frequency on a cellular level. Then you can relax and meditate with guidance and the take a brush or pen, or coal, or chalk, etc. and in that same supportive music and frequency you can create a work of art, that will remain with you to support your dream. You can be with your own family, relatives, friends, colleagues or any of the other group or team (4 to 12 people) and spend a few hours together, as a result of which you create unique artwork that is meaningful and tuned in high vibration. And you can take the art piece home with yourself.
