Remote Creative Workshops: Bring Inspiration to Your Space
Whether it’s a girls’ night, a team-building event, a company summer retreat, or a motivational day, I offer a unique way to spark your group’s creativity—no matter where you are located. These sessions are designed for groups of 5–12 people and typically last about 3–4 hours. If your group is larger or smaller, I am happy to discuss a custom solution for you!
Please note: For these remote options, the group is responsible for providing their own venue and all necessary materials.
Choose Your Experience
To make your event special, I offer two ways to facilitate your creative journey:
- Live Online Workshop: I will join your group via a live video call to lead the entire process in real-time. This allows for direct interaction, immediate guidance, and a shared energy throughout the session.
- Custom Pre-recorded Journey: I will create a bespoke audio guide and step-by-step instructions specifically for your event. This “tailor-made” solution allows you to run the event at your own pace, using my recorded voice to guide your meditation and creative flow.
The Structure of the Journey
While the details are always agreed upon with the client, a typical 3–4 hour journey follows this flow:
- Phase 1: Tuning In (1–1.5 hours) We begin by centering ourselves through meditation or spiritual practice. This “arrival” into the creative space is essential for clearing the mind and opening up to intuition.
- Phase 2: The Creative Process (1.5–2 hours) We move into the artistic work, accompanied by a specially curated playlist designed to support the theme. Whether live or recorded, I provide guidance every step of the way to ensure everyone feels supported.
The Result: Every participant goes home with a unique work of art and the memory of a deep, mindful journey. While it is possible to skip the “tuning in” phase if time is short, I highly recommend it—it is the meditation that makes the creative process truly fruitful and personal.
Creative Techniques & Ideas
You can choose a specific focus for your group. I will provide you with a list of materials to gather beforehand based on your choice:
- Painting & Drawing: Acrylics, oils, watercolors, oil pastels, or charcoal.
- Texture & Relief: Texture painting or adding structural relief to objects (like old vases).
- Nature-Inspired: Stone mandalas or posters created from natural materials (these can be photographed and printed as high-quality mementos later).
- Crafting: Leatherwork (keychains, bookmarks), linoleum printing (on paper or fabric), or talisman sculpting.
- Collaborative Art: Create one large joint piece (e.g., for an office wall or as a gift for a “guest of honor”).
No prior art experience is necessary. All techniques are approached intuitively. My role is to help you express yourself in the way that feels most authentic to you in the moment.

Here is a sample material list designed for an Intuitive Acrylic & Texture Painting workshop. It is written to be clear and easy for a group organizer to use when shopping at an art or hardware store.
Material List: Intuitive Painting
Workshop Duration: 3–4 hours
Theme: Creative Flow & Structural Expression
To ensure a smooth experience for your group, please gather the following items before our scheduled session.
1. The Canvas
- One canvas per person: A medium size canvas.
- Optional: One large shared canvas if you have chosen to create a collective piece.
2. Extra: Texture & Relief (The “3D” Element)
- Modeling Paste or Structure Paste: 1 large tub (approx. 1–2 liters for a group of 10).
- Budget Tip: Lightweight joint compound from a hardware store also works beautifully for texture.
- Palette Knives or Spatulas: A variety of sizes. You can also use old credit cards, forks, or sponges to create patterns in the paste.
3. Paints & Brushes
- Acrylic or watercolor Paints: A set of basic colors (Red, Blue, Yellow, Black, White). Large tubes of White are essential, as it is used the most.
- Brushes: A mix of flat and round brushes in various sizes (from small detail brushes to wide 2-inch brushes). round for watercolor, flat for thicker paint.
- Palettes: Paper plates or plastic trays for mixing colors.
4. Workspace Setup & Clean-up
- Table Protection: A plastic tablecloth or old newspapers to cover the work surface.
- Water Containers: 2 jars/cups per person (one for cleaning brushes, one for mixing).
- Paper Towels or Rags: Plenty of these for wiping brushes and hands.
- Aprons: Or encourage guests to wear “art-friendly” clothes they don’t mind getting messy.
5. Atmosphere (For the “Tuning In” Phase)
- Yoga Mats or Cushions: For the initial 1-hour meditation/attunement.
- Audio/Video Setup: A laptop connected to a good quality speaker (prefer a wired one, not bluetooth as it has an EMF that you have to work extra to rise above). This is vital so everyone can hear the meditation guidance and the background music clearly.
- Large Screen: If we are doing a Live Online Session, a TV or projector is recommended so the group can see me easily.
Pro Tip: If you want to add a unique touch, you can also provide some “natural objects” like sand, string, or dried petals to mix into the texture paste for added character!
🖍️ Material List: Intuitive Drawing & Expression
(Charcoal, Oil Pastels, or Pencils)
Workshop Duration: 3–4 hours
Theme: Texture, Light, and Shadow
Please ensure the group has these materials ready before we begin our live session or before you start the recorded guide.
1. The Surface (Paper)
- High-quality Drawing Paper: At least 3–5 sheets per person (A3 or A2 size).
- Note: For charcoal and oil pastels, a slightly “toothy” or textured paper (160g or thicker) works best.
- Toned or Colored Paper (Optional): Drawing with white charcoal or light pastels on grey or black paper creates a stunning, professional look very quickly.
2. Choosing Your Medium (Choose one or offer a mix)
- Charcoal: A mix of “Willow Charcoal” sticks (soft and easy to smudge) and “Compressed Charcoal” (for deep, dark blacks).
- Oil Pastels: A set of 12–24 colors per person. Look for “soft” oil pastels for better blending.
- Graphite or Colored Pencils: A variety of weights (from 2B to 8B) for graphite, or a high-pigment set of colored pencils.
3. Blending & Shaping Tools
- Blending Stumps (Tortillions): Small paper tools for smudging charcoal or pastels without using fingers.
- Kneaded Erasers: These look like grey putty; they are essential for charcoal drawing as they can be molded into shapes to “lift” light back into the drawing.
- Cotton Pads or Soft Cloths: Excellent for blending large areas of color or shadow.
4. Setting the Scene & Clean-up
- Fixative Spray: (Crucial for charcoal and pastels). A professional art fixative (or a cheap, unscented, extra-hold hairspray) is needed to “set” the drawing so it doesn’t smudge once finished.
- Masking Tape: To tape the paper to the table or a backing board. This creates a clean white border when removed.
- Wet Wipes: Essential for cleaning hands, especially when using charcoal or oil pastels.
- Floor/Table Protection: Even though there is no “wet” paint, charcoal dust can be messy. A simple drop cloth or newspaper is recommended.
5. Technical Needs (For Remote Guidance)
- Audio Setup: A laptop connected to a wired speaker (don’t use BT because of the extra EMF) for the meditation and curated playlist.
- Video Setup: If we are doing a Live Online Session, please position the camera/screen so that I can see the group (and they can see me) comfortably from their seats.
Pro Tip: Since we are focusing on “Intuitive” drawing, I recommend having some masking tape and heavy cardboard pieces (about the size of the paper). Taping the paper to a board allows participants to move around, lean back, or even draw on their laps during the creative flow.
