Background: Why am I doing this?
My journey began with a research-based approach to management, organization and human development, and adult learning. But throughout this journey, I was accompanied by constant uncertainty and the need to prove something to someone else, to do everything right and in the best possible way. I did it as well as I could. But it was never quite “it” for me…
Achieving academic success was not difficult for me, but along the way, I never felt excited about my achievements. Time passed and I followed the traditional path, moving from trainer to manager. At the same time, I became increasingly unhappy and everything I did seemed meaningless. But I didn’t take action then. If you have the same feelings about your work, you can change something right now.
Today, I am no longer a manager in the traditional sense (manager + subordinates model). I am no longer a trainer in the traditional sense (traditional understanding – listeners, benches, tables, and a presenter with PowerPoint).
I am not a coach or supervisor by profession, although the service I offer is quite similar to theirs.
In the past, I have used various techniques and approaches in my journey as a trainer, which have helped me achieve a better sense of self in the short term, but no lasting change has occurred.
I am not the roles I have played. I am me, representing my unique set of experiences and knowledge in the fields of management, training, and, more broadly, human relations. However, this set alone is not what has brought about change in my life.
I stepped off the old path of problems and short-term solutions when I became a mother.
Only then did the real rollercoaster ride begin. The pace of development increased a hundredfold. It seemed as if all the complex tasks I had faced before were now extremely simple and even insignificant compared to being responsible for someone else’s life. My child has been the most important guide for me, my own world.
Thanks to this greater chaos, I came to meditation, and it was a real breakthrough for me. I have now learned how to notice and deal with important past traumas and events instead of locking them away inside myself, so that the pattern in my life changes. Now, finally!
When, thanks to a thought or goal that arose during meditation, I made my first meditation video and, some time later, put it together so that others could listen to it, I felt completely pure and sincere joy and success for the first time in my life.
It was my own thing, I did it primarily for myself. I believe that we are all here to do what we love, and that is how we can contribute the most to ourselves and others. But finding my own path has not been easy for me, because listening to my inner voice has been so difficult when it is mainly my mind that speaks.
But now that I have reached a point where my mind and ego do not always (though sometimes still do) override my own desires, as a trained trainer and supporter of adult learning, I feel that I want to help you find yourself too.
Reaching my own desires through meditation does not negate what I have learned and researched at university and experienced as a manager; it simply brings everything together into a whole. A functional whole that creates the balance in which to live. I am therefore not a practitioner or teacher of any particular self-development program; my arsenal is diverse enough that I understand representatives of both schools of thought, and by working with you, we can arrive at what helps you move forward.
I am also on a journey, just like you. Just like all of us. I am constantly learning and discovering. The more I am able to understand and let go of emerging situations, the more I develop. This will continue until the end of my life.
I write the blog on this page based primarily on examples from my own life and the journey I have taken. By sharing my observations, I have come to realize that they reach those who need to hear them. Those whom I can help to continue on their path in peace and balance with themselves. So that your world is the best place to be. It is your creation – your world.
